Terms of Participation – Realistic Portraits for Beginners

The Company, Beth Gatza Art, bethgatza.com, bethgatzacourses.com, bethgatzaclasses.com (Herein referred to as “Company”) agrees to provide Program, As a condition of participating in the Program, “Realistic Portraits for Beginners” (herein referred to as “Program”) you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference. This may include digital or downloadable resources, an online course, one-on-one or group coaching, workshops, pieces of training, or online private forums operated by the Company (for any purpose), whether on a website hosted by the Company or a third-party website such as an online course platform or facebook.com.

The Company will occasionally update the core program, and customers will have access to updated materials as long as the Company continues offering the Program. From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses, such as additional program elements, to participants. The selection of participants who may receive these bonuses is at the discretion of the Company.

**PARTICIPATION**

This Program, Realistic Portraits for Beginners, is only intended for people 18 and above. Some of the material in this Program may not be suitable for children. The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility for use by persons under the age of 18.

**COMPANY TERMS OF SERVICE**

Except as modified by this Agreement, the Company’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated into this agreement. Each of those contracts and policies shall apply in full to your participation in the Program, with the exception of any modifications made hereunder.

**FEES**

You agree to pay the fee listed below to gain access to the "Realistic Portraits for Beginners" Program.

- A single payment of $37, which is due immediately upon enrollment. This payment is refundable if requested within 7 Days of purchase.

**METHODS OF PAYMENT**

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to our processing of your payment through automatic debiting from your credit or debit card. You authorize the Company to charge your chosen payment method according to the terms set out in the Fees section. If a payment fails and a new method is not provided within ten (10) business days of notification, access to the Program will be terminated.

**REFUND POLICY**

All sales are final. Given the nature of digital and intellectual property, refunds cannot be granted once payment has been made. By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refunds.
